Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Custom orders, large orders, or orders requiring design work may take longer.

Rush Processing is available on many orders. Rush Processing speeds up production time only and does not include expedited shipping.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and product.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
